Refund Policy

1. Expired Products

If you receive an expired product, you are entitled to a full refund for that item. Please provide:

  • A clear product image showing the expiry date

  • Your order number

  • A copy of your invoice


2. Damaged, Spoiled, or Leaking Products

For any product that arrives damaged, spilled, or spoiled, we will issue a full product refund. Customers must provide:

  • An image of the product/package clearly showing the issue

  • Order number

  • Invoice copy


3. Missing Items

If any product from your order is missing, you must send:

  • A photo of the delivered package with all received items

  • A clear copy of the physical invoice

  • Your order number

We will conduct an investigation of the dispatched order. Once confirmed, a full refund will be provided for the missing items.


Refund Procedure

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments
    Refunds will be processed to the same card used during purchase. Please note, if the refund is requested by the customer (not due to our error), a 3.6% processing fee will apply.

    • If the refund is initiated by Aahalal Foods (e.g., missing, damaged, or expired items), no fee will be charged.

    • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your bank account.

  • Website Wallet / Reward Points
    Refunds may also be credited as Aahalal Points to your account. These points can be used for future purchases on our website. Points will be available in your account within 1–3 business days.
    Please ensure you provide the same email address used for the original order.

  • Other Refund Methods (if applicable)
    If you request a refund via an alternative method, please contact us through the complaint form with your order details. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment channel.
